Availability of flowers
Due to the seasonality and regional availability of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitution of equal value. However we will make sure to maintain the theme and the colour scheme and be conscientious of the value provided. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. In addition, due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution again of equal value to ensure timely delivery considering the theme and the colour scheme.
Delivery Policy
Time requests: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. We will promise to do our best to accommodate your request. Timed deliveries are not available on holidays.
No one to receive the flowers: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a place such as the neighbour or front door. If this is not satisfactory, please let us know and the delivery will be returned to the store for pick up or redelivery with extra charge. The customer assumes all the liability for requests to leave the gifts at the door. During the winter months deliveries can not be left outside and will be returned to the store for pick up or redelivery with extra charge.
