Delivery Policy
Time requests: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. We will promise to do our best to accommodate your request. Timed deliveries are not available on holidays.
No one to receive the flowers: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a place such as the neighbour or front door. If this is not satisfactory, please let us know and the delivery will be returned to the store for pick up or redelivery with extra charge. The customer assumes all the liability for requests to leave the gifts at the door. During the winter months deliveries can not be left outside and will be returned to the store for pick up or redelivery with extra charge.
